any chance for adding zstandard codec to fs-uae?

have a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zstandard for more details on it.

It is probably easy to add via 3rd-party libraries, but I'm not sure if it is worth the hassle for users and packagers to add another library dependency for this. If I make it optional, then I will probably start getting bug reports from some users that zstd does not work for them, etc.

But still, maybe...
