savestates rewinding #21

i've found these 2 input actions, but i'm not getting how they works:

are they supposed to enable savestates rewinding? http://tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources/Features.html#r17

Hi, there is no state rewinding support in FS-UAE. The original list of actions is extracted from WinUAE, and the documentation states that not all have any function in FS-UAE. I need to go through all the actions listed in the docs and remove the ones which has no function.
