Launcher shows doubled entries for joypads #319

Running on Windows 7. FS-UAE_3.1.66_Windows_x86-64.zip FS-UAE-Launcher_3.1.68_Windows_x86-64.zip (also with FS-UAE-Launcher_3.1.70_Windows_x86-64.zip)

For my 2 PS2 joysticks (they are both connected using single USB converter) launcher shows 4 entries instead of only 2. FS-UAE shows correctly only 2 entries. See screenshots.

Also worth to note: there are 2 entries for the same mouse device: 'Myszka Windows' (translated: Windows mouse) and 'Mouse: Mysz zgodna z HID' (which translated from Polish means: Mouse that is HID-compilant)
