Flatpak runtime org.kde.Platform 5.15-22.08 now end of life. #345

Error message advising that the runtime dependency that the flatpak version of FS-UAE uses has gone end-of-life, when updating flatpak packages and runtimes.

It looks like it needs to be rebased to the org.kde.Platform 5.15-23.08 or later.

Apologies. I have now checked the github for the flatpak version, and see that work is being done on rebasing to the new local KDE runtime.
