What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install cpatvty with q4-wine
this create a ~/local/winetricks/captvty 32 bit wine prefix

2. install dot40 with winetricks (2014/03/02) for captvty wine prefix

i did the previous steps several months ago without any pb

3. use captvty : no pb

4. today i want to use a feature of captvty . to use this feature i must
install ie8

i install ie8 with winetricks
then
ie8 is not installed

that is not a 32-bit prefix.

`winetricks -q ie8` works here in a clean 32-bit prefix.
