[Linux] Implement ResolutionHandlerInterface #15

This is an issue for collecting information what needs to be done to implement this interface. Maybe it does not need to be implemented? Or cannot be implemented? Any suggestions are welcome!

Using direct C/C++ API is preferred, but spawning processes to do something is also allowed.
