Round Green Status Indictoar for Active Users
Yellow for Away/InActive Users (15 Minutes+ of Inactivity.)
Red for Unavailable (1 Hour+ of Inactivity.)
Blue to indicate user typing. (Stays the same.)
Menu would sort based on availability

Unavailable Users
Additional Commands:
/away msg or /afk msg (Set's user's status indicator to Away until they send a message)
/snooze msg or /snz msg (Set's user to Unavailable until they send a message.)
