[Linux-tkg 6.1 Patch Request] Patch to Fix AMD CPU TPM Stuttering? #140

I would have though the TPM kernel stuttering when using AMD CPUs would have been fixed upstream already but it hasn't; is someone able to provide a patch to fix it?

6.2.6 fixes it
