Run-time dependency llvmspirvlib found: NO (tried pkgconfig and cmake) #32

When trying to build the package the meson configure stage ends at

mesa/meson.build:1761:21: ERROR: Dependency "LLVMSPIRVLib" not found, tried pkgconfig and cmake

Installing extra/spirv-llvm-translator manually makes it compile properly.
