The nvidia-tkg.hook doesn't seem to be required in the dkms version of the package #224

This hook duplicates the dkms hook (/usr/share/libalpm/hooks/90-mkinitcpio-install.hook provided by mkinitcpio) in the system. Every time the dkms driver is updated manually, this hook seems to do nothing but duplicate the initcpio generation on install.
