Do you mean for proton package or the patched wine?
I'm also interested in that. Patched wine specifically. Let the package manager be aware of all apps installed on your system is a gamer changer when it comes to manage it. Especially Wine, since it has so many dependencies. Not to mention that the current way, we end up being with separated binary folders for x86 and x86_64. I tried to create a live ebuild file myself, but since I'm on Gentoo for just a week, so I failed badly. Too many pachtes so handle.
That would be especially interesting with linux-tkg as well.
Trying with the script just fails for me with compile errors (probably missing dependencies) but an ebuild would be better for omitting the dependencies we'd just not need (printers, scanners, samba, etc)
Any chance someone has or would be willing to make an ebuild of this project so that it's installed through portage and works with eselect wine list and other verisons of wine installed?
