Jsdoc ify the library

I have wanted to do this for a long time but was very hesitant as it would require a "rewrite" of the whole library, but this does come with the upside of not having to build every time a new feature is being made or making a bug fix.

Things done:

• converted all .ts files to .js files
• converted all typescript annotation to JSDocs
• added ESLint to the library
• still typecheck
• removed packages no longer in use
• hopefully nothing was broken
