Does this editor allow you to go over the hard cap with the guardian stats? #11

I finished the game a year ago and was quite excited to be finally be able to edit my guardian stats just like the badass stats in bl2, but upon editing it was capped at a measly 15% which is nothing. After this I just quit the game and never came back until now. Since this editor looks to be updating still, has the editor been able to go around the cap as cheat tables have been unable to do so and its really the only thing I need for the game.

Personally, I can't really condone cheating the game like that. However I would say that I, personally, believe that this is the only mod you need for the game and highly recommend you check it out.
