Add "Entrepreneur" option to the list of Profession and cater for responsive list in smaller screen sizes #130

I believe there are often entrepreneurs or at least those with side businesses who attend the front-end coders meetup.

I propose adding the "Entrepreneur" option before the "Other" one, to the list of Professionals found in the https://frontend.mu/user/me URL, specifically in the RSVP details section.
