Rename this repo #173

Context

When I set up this repo, I mistakenly called it 'docs' and not a proper name like 'curriculum'. Since its inner folder is called 'workshops' let's rename this 'curriculum'.

Expected Behavior

We will need to reconfigure the build script and the Netlify deployment.
