feat: add searchbar #21

Summary

This PR closes #5 by adding a searchbar.

Functionality implemented

[x] indexes the whole site at build time.
[x] component persistance after view transition.

Functionality to be implemented

[ ] index specific elements instead of whole site.
[ ] component at navbar or only /blog and /learning ?
[ ] dark mode support/ other visual changes.
[ ] fix dev mode.
[ ] filtering/ sorting

@NitanJana Hmm, the default styles do not align with the overall template. I see some loss of UX when doing page transitions. I have changed the base of this branch so that we can more before merging it to main.
