Added clarification for same-name links #71

I noticed two accessibility link resources had the same name. I added an additional piece to the link title (Google, WAI) to differentiate for readers. I also applied an em dash (—) to use with the Wikipedia citation (following citation punctuation standards) and linked to the original Wikipedia resource.

I do see there are many other Wikipedia citations throughout. If this PR is merged I'll go through the remaining pages and applied the same em dash for citation and link to the original resource for uniformity in front-end handbook.
