improve order, presentation, and readability.
What’s in this PR:
1) I went through the list of tools resources and checked to see if the
spelling of resource names is correct and updated as appropriate (some
uppercase, some lowercase, some mixed)
2) removed www from a link’s name (for better readability), e.g.,
evolutionoftheweb.com
3) Continued with the use of title-casing, e.g., “Patterns [for]
Large-Scale JavaScript…”, not “Patterns For…”
4) Continued following pattern of alphabetical ordering in lists
