Updated browser stats #74

I thought it would be good to keep the StatCounter Global Stats as current as possible, so I updated the image to show from 1/2015 - 1/2016. Readers will see a more current reflection of browser stats. Updated the image link reference and citation.

Not really. I've been reading up on it, did a Pluralsight course last year, and tinkered with it some, but my company is now looking more at Angular 2 for long-term solutions.
