Adds the Arboreal Growth Chamber in the game gated at HV.
The multi itself is a means to farm trees without causing that big of an TPS issue.
It has a similar logic to the Flora Nurturer, higher tiers of sediment yields more outputs. The only difference is air of the dimension being used. I thought of the multiblock as a sealed chamber that provides the best conditions for the trees to grow, hence the reason for the supply of air.
The current recipe requires players to hand craft some aether augmented sediment before being able to automate it from golden ambers acquired via the multiblock.
