[QUEST] Remove mention of the Botania Tree Truncator in the first chapters #113

Pack Version 0.4.5 Additional context The Botania axe was given out as a temp fix until the GT axes were fixed iirc, since now the axe is no longer a quest reward. It's mentions should probably get removed when the quest overhauls start.
