[ISSUE] - Terrasteel can't be made

Terrasteel can not be made inside EBF

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a working EBF with MV+ voltage and Cupronickel+ coils
2. Put terrasteel dust and 1b potent mana into hatches
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior: EBF makes terrasteel ingot

• OS: Windows 10
• Pack Version: 0.4.5b

Also, terrasteel recipe shows 0K temperature in JEI

Some more stuff:

• Crafting table cover has no recipe, but is needed for ae2 molecular assembler
• Ender tanks attached to input hatches or pipes with import pumps break on relog, have to replace tanks and/or pumps to fix, probably a gtceu issue
