[ISSUE] - Chest Recipe Bypass

Describe the bug The chest recipe can be bypassed using framed chests to avoid the flint cost.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Craft 8 Framed Cubes
2. Arrange 8 Framed Cubes on the outer edges of the crafting grid to craft a framed chest.

Expected behavior Framed Chests at least requiring flint to match the normal chest recipe.
