Describe the Issue
Ethanol made through propelpearls yields 250 mb of ethanol per 6 seconds which amounts to 2mb of ethanol per tick roughly.
The EU cost for the entire line amounts to -106 EU/t and the Ethanol produced can yield +400 EU/t in total
For a production line where the only input is water, it feels too cheaty.
Proposals
Add a secondary input for Nether Sediment Sludge. It acts as a fertilizer to grow the Propelpearl, so it should have something that acts as a fertilizer in it. I'd propose Apatite
Lower the Ethanol yield, I'd up the time to 10 seconds. That way the entire Line would produce 250 EU/t in total and a net gain of an extra 144 EU/t.
