Pack Version 0.4.6a

Kinda blocks progression:

[x] Blank pattern
[x] Molecular assembler (requires crafting table cover which itself is uncraftable)

Nice to have:

[ ] Extended pattern provider (is even in quest book but uncraftable)
[ ] Extended interface/drive/molecular assembler
[ ] Various storage buses from ExtendedAE
[ ] Various import/export buses from ExtendedAE
[x] Pattern modifier
