[ISSUE] - Netherite scrap can't be used for anything #200

Describe the bug Netherite scrap can be obtained through loot chests (or so I think, I've got some somehow), but these cannot be used for anything other Netherite doors, trapdoors, and Ancient plating. Also, since netherite scrap is uncraftable, the three items mentioned previously are also uncraftable

Proposal: Let netherite scrap be macerated into netherite scrap dust at MV (to prevent progression skips) Also might want to do something about the scrap recipe for the building blocks mentioned above

I'm pretty sure the scrap was found in bastion chests now that I look at the wiki
