Describe the bug Livingwood planks can only be crafted using a create saw

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Check REI

Expected behavior Livingwood planks to be craftable with the regular 1 log -> 2 planks recipe, and 1 log -> 6 planks + 2 wood pulp using GT Cutter
