Early Botania Recipes #60

This PR should hopefully gregify all early Botania recipes. Recipes after Terrasteel are left untouched, but the terrasteel recipe has been removed to prevent cheesing. I made it so that the diluted mana pool must be made before upgrading to a bigger pool. Feel free to change it though. Also adds GT materials for Livingwood and Livingrock.

Before we merge this to main, would it also be possible to add ManaSteel, TerraSteel, Elementium and Gaia Ingot Tools, just so they're done and sorted with this PR
