Adds recipes to make the Aether Augmented Sediment
Made from 1000L of Nutritious Tears of the Sky, 250L of Heated Nether Sediment Sludge and 2 Phosphate Dust.
Nutritious Tears of the Sky:

Also adds recipes for almost all of the plants existing in game. (Not trees yet though, would probably be better to add the tree machine instead of doing a band aid fix)
On tier plants will use 200mb of respective sediment and will yield 1x. If someone uses a sediment a tier higher, the yield will double and the sediment cost will be 100mb. Except Nether Sediment of course, it will always yield 1x.

Only temporary recipe is the Golden Amber from Golden Oak Sapling recipe. That should be moved into a tree machine once it is added.
