Arriving home if at night time should trigger the lights, leaving home should trigger them no matter what, if they're turned on.

[x] Leave home, what should happen automatically?
1. turning off lights
2. turn off my fan
3. turn off my tv
4. turn off chromecast -> service "turn off"
5. arm alarm system
[x] Arriving home, what should happen automatically?
[x] always:
1. disarm alarm system
2. turn on tv
3. switch source to default
4. switch source to hyla
[x] if nightime:
- turn on lights
[x] if outdoor temperature > 35 degrees celcius
- turn on fan
