Revert to the "initial_volume" when pressing on the "Restart Audio Engine" setting in VoiceMeeter. #2

Hey @Frosthaven , when I press on the Restart Audio Engine setting in VoiceMeeter the volume becomes 100% automatically instead of reverting to the initial_volume.
