Closing/opening Voicemeeter results in windows volume going to 100% #47

I have "Restore Volume At Launch" ticked, not sure if this is what it is supposed to do though. However, it would be nice if the program saved the last windows volume level so I don't suddenly get my speakers exploded and my ears spread over the walls like tuna on my sandwich. Thanks. :)

Additional information: It seems sometimes with this app my windows volume pop-up won't even open when I click the audio icon, however I don't know how to replicate it. Appears random.

Often after a windows reboot the windows volume will be at 100%, but the fader in voicemeeter stays what it was, other times they both go to 100%.
