the application does not run on windows 11 23H2, no matter what version is used, running with administrator rights does not solve the problem, if anyone has had such a problem, please tell me the solution. explorer_TN72yUpWdu

UPD: solution of this problem -

Add C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0 to your PATH Variable
