Sound is still muted after booting up. #60

Step to reproduce

  1. mute the sound
  2. shutdown pc
  3. boot up pc
  4. you'll see the sound icon on the taskbar is not muted but it's still muted on voicemeeter

I would need to mute and unmute to fix it
