Battlegrounds

Now possible to queue a battle ground. remaining issues:

• many npcs still dont show the queue dialog (likely same for portal queue)
• cannot leave queue once joined
  • see https://github.com/WowLegacyCore/HermesProxy/issues/252
  • looks like this can be somewhat worked around by being a party leader / joining as a group - requires further investigation.)
• Win / Loss dialog not shown once BG ends.
• gates duplicated

WSG:

• Cannot return flag

AB:

• All flag states showing at same time
• both alliance and horde environment states showing at same time

Some of the bugs here look to be from differences in how vmangos vs TC implement battlegrounds. e.g vmangos uses db fro gameobjects, but TC uses C++ code. Will be favouring TC implementation to resolve.
