Inconsistent ears behaviour

Depending on the character model viewed and game client version, the 'show ears' checkbox doesnt always work as expected.

Possibly move logic into CharacterCustomizationProvider

Expected behaviour should be:

unticked - flat ears are shown or if flat ears dont exist, remove geoset entirely.
ticked - 3d ears are shown
