I want to 3D print my wow character but when i export the file and use an online FBX to STL convertor the head piece and shoulders appear at the feel of the character and the character stands in an almost T-pose
This behaviour is expected (same as old WMV). I'd suggest adjusting the exported file in blender to position the model as desired.
