Character mount option is not working

Mount option in the Character Panel is not working. No window is opening and no list is showing to select a mount for a character.

Dragonflight 10.2.6, WMVx 0.2.6

Character mounts are not implemented yet. Requires changes to the attachment system similiar to #32 first.
