Add Indonesian #2

Adding above Javanese, since most Javanese speakers would also speak Indonesian (the national language) but the reverse is not true.

Note: at some point we might want to order this list

no idea. I normally don't overthink it and just set it alphabetically, but if you want to keep some rough timezone based grouping then maybe Americas+EMEA, and APAC make sense (since most of the languages spoken overlap for the first two)
