Better overview of password security #46

I imagine something like a pie chart in which you can have your password rated according to certain criteria.

@FrozenAssassine Please have a look at the xaml binding of "ShowInfo" and "SingleHitbox" in PasswordSafetyChart.xaml.cs (currently line 58 and 79).
