Chat is enabled on VODs #24

Describe the bug The chat window can be pulled out when watching a VOD.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Begin playing a VOD
  2. Press the right d-pad twice quickly during playback

Expected behavior The event should be ignored and not open chat.

Additional context The chat cannot be dismissed.
