-1 error on Always On streams (TwitchPresents) #39

Description

Trying to play "Always On" streams such as TwitchPresents on Twitched Roku app results in the error: "The stream is offline. Error Code: -1". The stream is online when checked in a web browser and appears online in the Twitched Roku app.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Twitched app on Roku
  2. Select Always On stream such as TwitchPresents
  3. Select "Play"
  4. Receive "-1" error

...

Expected behavior: The stream is played without error as the stream is online.

Actual behavior: "-1" error is received: "The stream is offline"

Roku Model: Roku 3, 4200X

Roku Firmware Version: V8.1.0, build 4145

Twitched Version: V1.5, build 2735

Additional Information

I've watched TwitchPresents often via Twitched as recently as last week. This is a recent development.

Did you get any fix for this?? I'm running into the exact same thing

The TwitchPresents channel is region restricted by Twitch. Twitched 1.6 can play the stream as long as "Local Stream Fetching" is enabled in the settings and the Roku accessing the stream is in a supported region.
