IIRC, code 0 from cURL means that a connection couldn't be made to the server. This is most likely a network issue like some sort of firewall.

If we talk about cURL, is it possible to enable autodownloading from https sv_dlURL even if it have self signed certificate? IIRC now it checking CA server so not working with self signed.

This should be fixed in 4.3.4 with the updated engine.
