Licence? #241

Is there any specific licence that applies to the UI?

It would be nice to have a licence file at the root of the repo just to make things clear.

I was going to post my forked version to GitHub but wasn't sure if there was any attribution or other licence that was needed.

UI files are covered by the Quake III SDK License: http://www.urbanterror.info/support/202-quake-3-sdk/
