I'm not a smart guy :) It's available.

Ha what an odd issue! Are you using the engine which is provided with 4.3 RC5? What's your OS? Could you please try using the engine that was provided with 4.3 RC4 and see if the issue happens as well?

SevenofN1ne commented 8 years ago

Hi barbie, yes I'm using the 4.3 RC5 engine, clean install of URT on Windows 10. RC4 has same issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oz4gWayggoE&feature=youtu.be

Barbatos commented 8 years ago

Ok just a thought it could be due to a bind, could you try using the default config and see if it still happens?

SevenofN1ne commented 8 years ago

This is the default config. You don't think i play 1024x768 normally do you? xD

Barbatos commented 8 years ago

Well... you never know... :P Okay that's very odd, I'll have a look into it.

I had similar issue with laptop. Found out that the "pointing stick", "track point" or "track stick" was broken and generated the movements by itself whenever it wanted. Make sure it didn't happen to you if you are using laptop.

+1 similar issue.

only happens when i use native resolution (3840x2160). If use preset (2560x1440) i don't have this issue.

Had this problem in 4.2 as well.

EDIT: http://www.urbanterror.info/forums/topic/33100-mouse-drifting-solved/page__pid__368384#entry368384 This is fixed the mouse movement in 4k for me. (I went to Quake3-UrT.exe and changed the compatibility properties, as follows: Right-click or press and hold the file explorer icon for the application, and then select Properties.

On the Compatibility tab, select the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings check box. Tap or click Apply, and then tap or click OK.)

This gets fixed by changing some of the new Windows10 settings in the .exe's properties.
