[4.3.1] Lag/Warp Issue #367

Since 4.3.1 I have a lot trouble with random warps/lags which I had not in 4.3 and 4.2.

On public servers I encountered several other players complaining about unusual lags on a occasional basis while playing.

Usually the lags appear after 5-10min and last around 5s. I tried different net, router settings and reinstalled Urban Terror but nothing changed the outcome.

Any ideas or fixes on that issue would be really helpful!

duplicate of #348 i guess.

related to the unlock of sv_snaps, which caused unexpected issues. Will be fixed in 4.3.2 by locking it again.
