[GFX] Add sniper glass effect to SR8 #398

Both PSG1 and FR-F1 snipers have some kind of special effect on the occular while not aiming, but not the SR8 sniper, which only has the basic fixed texture. Could this effect be applied to SR8 too ?

Thank you for your suggestion. However, such change is not planned in the 4.x versions.
