When I pull a token onto the canvas, the module applies thousands of effects and locks up the table. I've tested it in several ways, with various tokens, whether with CE or TLE... eventually, this problem happens. Screenshot_1

Same problem. Seems to be v11 this happens with. I didn't have this problem in v10

Apologies for the lack of response, but I have yet to be able to repro this locally, but I'm still looking. Is it possible if this repro's on your systems to get me a list of the mods your using?

I've downloaded all of the ones you've listed ( funny that I had about 4/5 of them already )... I have found a case of creating a 'new' token, and drag/drop to canvas causes it to lock. And if I close and reload back into the game/scene it's fine. Is this the same case? I'm not seeing the spew of effects, but a hard lock. I may have to test this with local foundry vs forge.

Tested in isolation ( i.e. only TLC loaded ) this does not occur, so I'll start trying to culprit it.
