Wordpress integration for testing branch #160

Features a clean integration using the new integration structure.

This is based on the integration developed by utan (http://vcomputadoras.com/ajaxchat-wordpress-integration/) wurg the following changes.

uses user_login instead of display_name to maintain unique usernames
does not need any of the javascript changes made by utan.
added support for channels.php, Wordpress is not a forum, this seemed appropriate.
added registration and remember password links to AHAX-Chat login page.

This has also been completed as a new AJAX-Chat branch.
