No messages appear - blank chat window #244

Brand new to this, and I'm having the following problems:

1) New install, chat window shows nothing at all. 2) Nothing happens when I click "Logout." 3) when I try and login with my phpBB username and password, it says wrong password, then takes me to the login screen for phpBB.
